The upstairs lounge can be booked at a cost of £10 per hour, minimum hire of 2 hours.
Tables and chairs - if you would like to hire our banquet tables and padded chairs there is a cost of £100 for 10 tables and 100 chairs (or pro rata depending on your requirements). Alternatively, the regular plastic chairs and tables will be provided as part of the cost of the hall
There is a £15 extra cost if you would like us to put out the tables and chairs, and to tidy them away afterwards.
Parties - require a £50 deposit to cover potential cleaning/repairs. If no cleaning/repair is required
the deposit is fully refunded.
When booking, please ensure that set-up and tidy up/cleaning time is included
in the booked time. Any additional time taken will have to be charged.
No overnight stay is permitted in the building
The building must be left in orderly and clean condition after the event.
The Corn Exchange has a permanent bar facility which is fully licensed, and is well-stocked to support any event. At
the time of booking please let us know if the bar is required.
For events with more than 50 people this bar is free.
Smaller events will be charged £50 for the bar to be provided.
If you bring your own alcohol, we charge a corkage fee of £15 per table or per 6 visitors (whichever is higher).
